    Chef Leo Hernandez joins Farraddays with a wealth of time and experience in Colorado. Having spent his formidable years locally, Leo got his culinary start at the Millennium Hotel of Boulder. Later, after tenure with the Renaissance hotel Denver, Leo went on to Marriott Gateway Park. While he considered his time with the hotels a building period, Leo’s next roles at several popular restaurants in Denver was where he developed both the flair and passion of the local scene that he brings to the table each night. Using that experience as a springboard, Leo was later able to launch into the position of Head Chef at the Green Valley Ranch Golf Club of Denver. With the experience of working for The Club’s loyal clientele, Hernandez fit right in upon his arrival and has embraced the culture of The Isle.
