Freshly made sausage using grandma’s recipe
In their newly created, “green” facility in Park Hill, you will find Steve Polidori and his sister Melodie Polidori Harris running the family business. Founded by their great grandparents, Anna and Rocco Polidori, Polidori produces a variety of sausage including Italian sausage, bratwurst, chorizo, kielbasa, and breakfast sausage.
Tommyknocker Brewery Co.
Back in 1859, when mining was popular, the Tommyknocker Brewing Company was established to meet the needs of prospectors producing root beer, bottled water and beer. Nestled in the beautiful Rocky Mountain town of Idaho Springs, you will find Tommyknocker Brewery and Pub – the most awarded brewery you’ve never heard of. Used in some of our favorite recipes, we consider Tommyknocker brews a closely held secret.
Morning Fresh Farms
Located in Northern Colorado with the majestic Long’s Peak as the backdrop, you will find Morning Fresh Farms where Derek Yancey and his employees distribute farm fresh eggs. At Morning Fresh Farms, over 1 million chickens produce over 750,000 eggs per day within hours of reaching our kitchen. The folks at Morning Fresh Farms maintain a resident USDA inspector to ensure quality. No hormones, stimulants or antibiotics.
